Job Responsibilities
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Technical Engineering or similar fields
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanic repairs and installations
- Must be a self starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm location
- Proven experience as production supervisor, preferably in an oil palm processing mill.
