In a list compiled from the figure provided by the lead agency in the fight against COVID-19 in Nigeria, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Lagos State remains at the top of states affected by the Corona Virus (COVID-19) disease in Nigeria as at March 29, 2020.
According to the figure made available by NCDC, Lagos State presently has 68 cases.
While three of them have been successfully treated and discharged, 65 are still active.
The state is followed by the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, which has 21 cases.
Oyo State has seven confirmed cases, while Ogun State, where the index case in Nigeria, an Italian, was discovered, has three active cases.
Bauchi, Edo, Enugu and Osun States have two each, with Benue, Ekiti, Kaduna and Rivers States having recorded one case each.
